Sabrina Cajoly
International human rights lawyer and child rights expert
Sabrina Cajoly is an international human rights lawyer and child rights expert from Guadeloupe and Martinique (France).
In 2023, she founded Kimbé Rèd – French West Indies (F.W.I.), a civil society organisation based in Guadeloupe. It aims to protect and promote human rights across all French overseas territories, through actions based on the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international human rights law. Strategic priorities include the human rights to safe drinking water and to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment. They involve information, awareness-raising and support activities for and with children and youth.
Previously, Sabrina served as a Human Rights, Child Protection and Gender Specialist on three continents with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), and the Council of Europe.
