SAPI
The Social Activities and Practices Institute (SAPI) is a non-governmental organisation based in Bulgaria that has been working for over 20 years to promote and protect children’s rights.
Its activities include contributing to the development of child- and family-related policies, providing social services for children and families, and designing and delivering vocational training programmes. SAPI also offers methodological support and supervision to professionals working with children.
The organisation has extensive experience in the field of child-friendly justice, supporting both children who are victims of violence and those in conflict with the law. It established the first specialised child interview rooms in Bulgaria, along with pioneering practices for providing tailored support during these interviews.
