Cédric Foussard

Cédric Foussard is an international expert in justice for children, with nearly two decades of experience in advancing child rights globally. He currently coordinates the Global Initiative on Justice With Children and serves as Advocacy and Global Learning Senior Advisor within the Access to Justice for Children Programme at the Terre des Hommes Foundation.

Based in Brussels, his work focuses on advocacy, research, and policy development to promote a holistic approach to justice for children, particularly those in contact with justice systems. He has contributed to numerous publications addressing key challenges and trends in child justice and works to amplify the voices of vulnerable children worldwide. He also coordinates the World Congress on Justice With Children.
