Aditus Foundation

The Aditus Foundation, established in 2011, is an independent, voluntary and non-profit organisation based in Malta. It is dedicated to promoting access to human rights for all.

Founded by lawyers, Aditus works towards a society in which everyone in Malta can fully enjoy their fundamental rights, with particular attention to those in vulnerable situations. Through its Legal Unit, the foundation provides information, legal support and empowerment to individuals, prioritising those in urgent need.

Its work also includes advocacy, campaigns and projects aimed at addressing gaps in law and policy. Aditus collaborates with national and international partners to advance justice, equality and accountability.
