First deliverables of CFJ in action project !
In migration, children are involved in various administrative and judicial proceedings. How

ever, these migration-related procedures are generally not adapted to the specific needs of children and do not allow for the exercise of their rights.
Following the research carried out in the framework of the Child Friendly Justice in action project, DCI-Belgium together with DCI-Greece and DCI-Italy publishes the position paper: Strengthening children's rights in migration-related administrative and justice procedures: Implementing the Council of Europe Guidelines on child-friendly justice. This short document contains findings and recommendations for a better respect of children's rights in migration-related procedures.
We also launched a more complete document on the same subject on the results of the research.
